During your training, you will be assignment to a manager, who will show you the ropes! (and the beans)

Education Sponsorship
We’re committed to promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development amongst our partners.
Every eligible support center partner is offered an opportunity to apply for up to SGD5,000 tuition coverage to pursue a tertiary education or professional development certification at a local educational institution.
Starbucks Global Academy
Starbucks Global Academy offers support centre partners free access to courses designed to improve careers and strengthen communities. Courses cover a innovative curriculum and learning platforms from top-ranked Arizona State University.
